Our vision can be summarized with the phrase Atlet values lift you up. This should be an integral part of Atlet’s leadership, organization, products and services and our everyday method of working. The vision guides our work within three main areas: customer offers, processes, and staff.
Atlet should focus on the needs of the customer when making important decisions. Products and services should meet internal and external customer specifications and expectations. We must always keep our promises, and the customer must always consider Atlet to be ahead of its competitors.
Atlet’s method of working must be process-orientated and focused on customer benefit, efficiency, profitability and zero errors. By steadily improving processes, customer benefits and operating results will consequently be improved.
Regarding human resources, it is the Atlet management’s responsibility to recruit necessary new staff, and to work to utilize and develop the competence of all employees. Meanwhile, each employee should work to develop team spirit, commitment, ethics and discipline.

Atlet’s long-term environmental target is to achieve a clearly perceived position as environmental trailblazers in the truck industry. Our environmental efforts are focused on the areas of production, marketing and product development. Atlet has an environmental certification under ISO 14001:2004.

Group organisation

The Atlet group includes seven subsidiaries and an international division. The subsidiaries are AtletBelgium, Atlet Denmark, Atlet England, Atlet France, Atlet Germany, Atlet Holland, Atlet Norway, Atlet Sweden and Atlet USA. The Atlet headquarter, R&D and production facilities are located in Sweden.
The Atlet international division is the separate organization for our 35 distributor markets. The distributors in our network operate according to the Profitable Partnership, a set of business support concepts and programmes, developed specifically for distributor partners.
