How to create a double cycles flow
Step 01 There are 2 different ways of defining a double cycles flow: 1. First divide the flow in     3 different jobs         - single cycles in         - single cycles out         - duble cycles E.g. you have a flow of 200 pallets going in and 200 going out, and calculate that 50% of the flow can be done as double cycles. Then you will have 100 single cycles in, 100 single cycles out and 200 duble cycles. For the double cycles you then specify double cycles under 7. Flow type in the job flow definition, and also 8. Unit load pick up zone + 9. Unit load dispatch zone. In this case it would be 'All racks' under 8. and 'Goods in 1' (or another area) under 9. In order to print the whole file click on the printer below and mark "print all linked documents". Then click OK.
