It is the time for preparing a work cycle,get an order,read order, time for reporting back, bar code reading etc. 2. Click on '? Input data' to get some ideas on the different times to add. 3. Define the materials flow, no of unit loads/day,and no unit loads per work cycle. 4. Define work structure, no of shifts/day and working hours/shift. Define the distribution time in %, administrative and personal. 5. If you are defining a replenishment job, you can choose Type of handling '2-Replenishment' and define from where the pallet should be collected.
