Step 01
Start by simulating the normal way with one truck per activity in order to get the number of trucks needed.
Then change the number of trucks per activity to what the simulation shows.
Also change the structure under flow definition to: Even distributed over time or Random distributed over time.
Also change the order structure (picking only) for both no of lines per round and no of picks per line to Normal or Exponential.
Note that the +/- deviation should only be noted for Normal structure and then not more than half the noted mean value.
It can be a good idea to make many in/out surfaces etc. to avoid untrue queueing.
Note! An aisle which is narrower than the width of the two trucks plus 0.4 meter creates a queueing situation.
